As user researchers, we want to understand the goals and motivations that consumers have behind shopping sustainably, and what challenges they face that we can address with new features.
Common pain points that users had were a lack of plus size options, affordable items made of quality materials, and information on how items are sustainable.The fashion industry is often not very transparent about their practices requiring an overwhelming amount of research.
